Shard has become crashed

Server went down last night while several of us were in the training room training pets. It's been down since yesterday, it's still down today. A down shard seems to be the bulk of this servers problems. Hope some one can remedy this expediently, we are addicted to playing UO, hence our accts created and many hours playing on custom UO shards Seriously, I hope everything is alright and server becomes uncrashed. lol
